Delivery and Returns

  • After the end of the factory warranty, we offer insurance/maintenance only £50 per year.

RETURNS POLICY

We're committed to selling high-quality products you'll enjoy using. But we appreciate that sometimes you might want to exchange or return something you've bought.

  • Make sure you check your items carefully for any signs of damage before they're used or installed.

IF YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND

You can return your goods except custom made products within 10 (ten) days after placing an order. We'll either exchange them or offer a refund. Products must be unused in their original packaging, undamaged and in good saleable condition. In this case collection is paid by a customer.

IF THERE IS A FAULT OR ITEM WAS DAMAGED

When goods are delivered, examine them carefully. If you don't think you've had enough time to inspect them properly before signing the note, write 'uninspected' before you sign it.

While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping companies, your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will tell you the way to return it. In order to make a complaint to the transport company, please report this within 24 hours after receiving your goods. We'll usually offer you a replacement or a full refund.

ITEMS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUND WILL NOT BE OFFERED IF CUSTOMERS:

  • Accidentally damaged the item.

  • Misused it and caused a fault.

  • Returned incomplete product/item (with missing parts/accessories).
  • Tried to repair it themselves or had someone else try to repair it, which damaged the item.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
